The Greenwich Tree Conservancy wants to know if you have a Treasured Tree on your property. While you are spending more time at home, we hope you are enjoying your trees and might think about nominating a tree in your yard. A tree is treasured for many reasons: a special memory or story; magnificent size; unique shape; Spring flowers or Fall foliage; climb-ability.

Our tree experts will select trees to be honored. If selected, your tree will have a nameplate installed and you will be given a framed picture at the Nameplate Installation Ceremony, a special recognition event in the fall.
The Greenwich Tree Conservancy is sponsoring its TREASURED TREE program in our community to create respect for unique trees, to encourage forethought for any removal of nameplated trees, and finally to inspire future nominations.
