Mary Ellen Monahan Fahy, 86, passed away peacefully at Greenwich Hospital on July 10, 2021. Born in Greenwich, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Martin Monahan.
She was predeceased by her husband, Greenwich Police Lt. James Fahy and their beloved son, James Joseph Fahy, Jr. She is survived by her beloved sister and best friend, Penny Monahan.

Calling hours were Tuesday, July 13 at Fred D. Knapp & Son, Funeral Home, Greenwich. Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, July 14 at St. Mary Church, Greenwich, followed by interment to at St. Mary Cemetery.
