Persons renting an apartment, cooperative housing, congregate living or even leasing a mobile home space may be eligible.

The rebate represents the previous rental year which is 2020, not the current year.

Rent Rebates can be up to $900.00 for married couples and $700.00 for unmarried applicants.

Maximum allowable income in 2020 to qualify:

Single person – $37,600      Married Couple – $45,800
