Rosina’s Bar & Restaurant, a collaboration of local restaurant veterans Coby Blount and Chef Jared Falco, is opening soon in Greenwich. Located at 230 Mill Street, Rosina’s will offer a menu of fresh pastas, crispy New York-style pizzas, Italian appetizers and seasonal vegetables. The lively bar will feature expertly crafted cocktails, local beers and a wine list focusing on Italian varietals.

“Rosina’s is a great place for any occasion,” says Coby. “It’s a lively atmosphere with great food, strong drinks, and simple food prepared thoughtfully. The kind of spot you can watch the game at the bar with a beer and a pie, or host a special event in our private dining room.” “We are serious about food, drinks, hospitality and service; but we don’t take ourselves too seriously,” Chef Jared added. “Coby and I have always had a great working relationship that is made possible by our sense of humor. I think that creates a laid-back vibe in our dining rooms while still maintaining elevated standards for service.”

Rosina’s will be open nightly and for brunch on Saturday and Sunday at first, with weekday lunches beginning shortly after opening. There is a large outdoor courtyard, multiple indoor dining rooms, and a large bar area with two TVs. Visit www.rosinasrestaurant.com and follow on Instagram @rosinasgreenwich for more information.
