The pandemic has impacted each of us in different ways, whether it is through changes in diet, sleep, exercise, or mental health. Regardless of the change, they all connect back to breast cancer prevention, recovery and survivorship. In response, BCA Wellness Month & Get Fit for Hope Challenge: A Series of Fitness and Health Events kicks off on Saturday, May 1st with Get Fit for Hope fitness classes, and programing that will continue through May 30th. Events will be held across the US virtually and in COVID-safe spaces where possible. 100% of the proceeds benefit Breast Cancer Alliance 2022 grants.

BCA TEEN WELLNESS MONTH AMBASSADOR: Ashley Aufderheide an Actress and Greenwich native, best known for her role as “Mia” on ABC’s Emergence. The young actor’s breakthrough role was as a lead in the indie rom-com Infinity Polar Bear with Mark Ruffalo and Zoe Saldana and she was a Sundance breakout, earning critical acclaim for her role.
