Dear Editor
Friday evening I got my first COVID/Pfizer vaccination at the Greenwich Hospital vaccine center at Brunswick, 1252 King Street. I was simply amazed at the courtesy and efficiency of the operation.
I just had a total knee replacement surgery a few weeks ago so I’m not as mobile as [God willing] I will be shortly. The minute I arrived a nurse got me a wheelchair and guided me through the efficient check-in procedure. The shot was speedily administered by a Greenwich Hospital RN and was utterly painless. After the necessary wait, the excellent staff actually wheeled me outside the building to be picked up by my daughter.
At every stage, the process was exceptionally courteous and efficient, and the attention to hygiene [e g wiping down/disinfecting every chair after it was occupied] was first class
Yours faithfully
John Linsenmeyer
