Nicholas Catanzaro, of Greenwich, passed away Feb. 23, 2021 at age 81. He was born Oct. 30, 1939 to Samuel and Louise Catanzaro. He graduated from Greenwich High School and worked for many years as a Groundskeeper for the Town of Greenwich. Nick was an avid baseball and football fan who rooted for the Red Sox & 49’ers. In 1968 he won the Town of Greenwich Bowling Championship.
He is the beloved husband of Sharon Catanzaro, cherished father of Michael Catanzaro, Amanda Catanzaro and Jennifer Santiago (Saul), and loving grandfather of Alyssa, Isabella and Isaac. Nick is survived by his large extended Catanzaro family of Greenwich including his cousins, Harry, Danny and Peter.
Services were conducted privately in his honor.
