From Congressman Jim Himes:

Qualified residents may sign up here. Residents can also call the state vaccine hotline at 877-918-2224 to make an appointment. The hotline is open 8 am – 8 pm seven days a week. You also have the option of booking an appointment directly through Stamford Health, Yale Health, Walgreens, and CVS. You cannot receive a vaccine without making an appointment.

So click HERE or call 877-918-2224 to make your appointment if you’re 65 or older.

For additional questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the Connecticut Office of Public Health
