The Rotary Club and Foundation is conducting their 23rd annual Citizen of the Year event honoring Peter Sutton, The Susan E. Lynch Executive Director of The Bruce Museum, on Thursday, June 6 at 6 p.m. at Round Hill Club, 33 Round Hill Club Rd.
At a gala cocktail party, sit down dinner and live auction Sutton will be recognized for curating many shows designed to appeal to the Greenwich audience. The growth of the Bruce Museum has been a result of his hard work and dedication to the arts. Under his leadership, the Museum’s base of support has increased through national and international partnerships. The Rotary Club and Foundation especially wish to acknowledge Peter for his efforts to increase educational benefits to the children of the community through various special exhibits and events that have encouraged and fostered their interest in art and science. The contributions from this event provide funding to support local and international endeavors, and scholarships.
