Greenwich Chamber of Commerce will be hosting Katie DeLuca, Director of Greenwich Planning & Zoning, as its guest speaker on Tuesday, May 21 at Greenwich Water Club, 49 River Rd., from 9 to 10 a.m. DeLuca will provide an update on the Plan of Conservation and Development (POCD) and answer any questions related to planning and zoning.
