Les Beaux Arts Gallery at Round Hill Community Church announces the opening of “Cartography of Dreams and Nature,” its next featured exhibition by Sandra Cordero and Kenia Arguiñao. The exhibition opened Jan. 13 and will run through Feb. 21.

Cordero and Arguiñao are part of a community of contemporary Cuban artists who have settled in New Jersey, on the shores of the Hudson. This rapidly expanding community of Cuban artists is garnering the attention of arts institutions and collectors worldwide.

“Cartography of Dreams and Nature” aptly describes Cordero and Arguiñao’s recent works. Cordero is a multi-disciplinary artist currently focused on collage. Her whimsical works reinterpret fauna and nature into a new visual language entirely her own. Arguiñao’s recent body of work focuses on the daily mapping of her dreams through visually delicate and expressive graphs.

Les Beaux Arts Gallery is located at the Round Hill Community Church. The Gallery is open Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; closed Saturday. For more information, call 203-869-1091 or visit roundhillcommunitychurch.org
