

Arthur Rosenberg, 87, beloved Director and award-winning teacher for many years at Berlitz International Language schools, died peacefully at his home in Palm Beach.
A scholar and an athlete, Art excelled at soccer Choate ’48 and Yale ’52 and also on the Polish Soccer team. He was also a member of the Palm Beach Poetry Society and the Yale Club in New York and Greenwich. He lived in both Stamford and Greenwich and ran in 27 marathons world-wide.
Born Sept. 7, 1930 on Long Island to Lois and Abraham Rosenberg, he died May 18, 2018 and is deeply missed by his wife Caroline, step-son David Clephane, daughter Diana and three grandchildren, his two brothers and their families. Services were at Temple Emanuel in Palm Beach and the burial was private.
