Greenwich Symphony Orchestra’s First Concerts of the Season

The Greenwich Symphony Orchestra opens the 2018-2019 season the weekend of Sept. 29 and 30 with a program that begins with Beethoven and concludes with a hommage to Leonard Bernstein. Born 100 years ago in 1918, Bernstein composed the music for the Academy Award winning 1954 film On The Waterfront.

The orchestra will perform music from the film as well as Debussy’s L’apres-midi- d’un faune. Soloist Natasha Paremski will perform Piano Concerto No.1 by Chopin.

Tickets are: $40 for adults $10 for students.
