Tree Conservancy Holds Tree Walk at Byram Park

byram-park

Join the Greenwich Tree Conservancy on Sunday, Sept. 9, from 2 to 4 p.m., for an informative walk among the stately trees of Byram Park. The park was once the site of a stone quarry and an estate known as the Anchorage. It is now the location of the much anticipated new town pool. The walk will be led by Town Tree Warden, Bruce Spaman.

This is a moderate walk with an optional hill climb (comfortable shoes are recommended.) All ages are welcome. The event is free, but RSVP is required to treeconserv@optonline.net
