Is your diet speeding up your body’s aging process? Dr. Gil Chimes of Greenwich Sports Medicine is flipping the nutritional pyramid on end.

For decades American’s have been told to follow a low fat, high grain diet, but is that really what’s best for the human body? In his seminar, titled “Inflamm-aging,” Gil Chimes will demonstrate how flipping the food pyramid can decrease or prevent the onset of America’s most common diseases, reduce pain and inflammation throughout the body, and even reverse some lifelong illnesses.

This seminar will be held Wednesday, June 27 from 6 to 7 p.m., in his Greenwich office at 7 Riversville Rd. The seminar is limited to 25 attendees and costs $15 per person. To reserve a spot, please call 203-531-3131. For more information, visit greenwichsportsmedicine.com
