On Sunday, April 29, the YMCA of Greenwich is celebrating YMCA’s Healthy Kids Day with a free family pool party, encouraging families in Greenwich to get moving. Healthy Kids Day, the Y’s national initiative to improve families’ health and well-being, takes place at 1,900 Ys and kick-starts healthier behaviors now and throughout the summer, a critical out-of-school time for children’s health.
The event starts at 5 p.m. and ends at 7. Attendees can slide down our pool inflatables, jump off our diving boards, or swim in our family lap lanes. Personal flotation devices are permitted for non-swimmers.
