The Yale Alumni Association of Greenwich (YAAG) is sponsoring a concert featuring the Yale Whiffenpoofs, the country’s oldest collegiate a capella singing group, at Greenwich Country Day School (GCDS) on Friday, April 27 at 8 p.m.
The Whiffenpoofs will also conduct a workshop for middle school and high school singers prior to the concert. The Whiffs will share vocal techniques and work on singing group strategies. The students will then perform a song with the Whiffs during the concert.
Proceeds from the event will go to YAAG’s community service programs.
