The Off Sounders, Greenwich’s only all-male a cappella group, is looking for a few good singers, in all vocal parts. The Off Sounders have a 60-year history of performing at local clubs, private parties, benefits, holiday parties, with other a cappella groups around the country, and with college a cappella groups. In addition to local venues, The Off Sounders have performed in Chicago, Boulder, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Mystic, in recent years.

Previous concerts with college groups featured: The Colgate Thirteen, the Swinging Gates, and The Resolutions of Colgate University; Ephlat and Octet of Williams College; The ConnChords and CoCoBeaux of Connecticut College; Stuck in the Middle and The Mischords of Middlebury College; The Buffers and Tumbling After of Hamilton College; and The Accidentals and Pipes of Trinity College.

If you are a guy looking to revisit your a cappella/choral past or have natural singing talent, and want to get involved (again) in an established group, this could be for you. Join them at a rehearsal Monday nights at First Congregational Church, 108 Sound Beach Ave.

Email Mark at, Inbox13@gmail.com beforehand to confirm attendance.
