The Town of Greenwich announces that online registration for Skateboarding clinics will begin Feb. 5, in the newly renovated Skate Park. The classes will begin the week of April 17 and run for four consecutive Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.
The program is for children six to 12 years of age. All children must have their own skateboard and full pads to participate. The cost for the 4-1 hour sessions is $95.
The classes will be taught by the Town of Greenwich trained Skate Park Staff. Each day, the children will be broken up in to small groups by age and ability, and taught tricks appropriate to their individual skill level. Children that have an interest in skating but no prior experience are welcome.
