Carol V. Halpern of Tuckahoe, N.Y., passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 31, 2017. She was born on June 27, 1927 to Caroline Connors in Buchanan, New York. Carol became a registered nurse during WWII and received a Bachelor’s Degree from Iona College later in life.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Edwin V. Halpern and her son, John V. Halpern. She will be lovingly remembered by her two children, Philip M. Halpern (Carolyn) and Susan M. Halpern as well as her three grandchildren, Alexander, Thomas and Emily.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, Jan. 6 at St. Mary Church, Greenwich.
