Combine Cryo in Greenwich announced the grand opening of its Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) service, which is located within the Combine Training Facility.
WBC uses ultra cold Nitrogen and exposes the body to temperatures as low as -240 degrees Fahrenheit for two to three minutes. This stimulates a beneficial physiological response that promotes recovery from muscle soreness and inflammation.
