Adopt-A-Dog is partnering with the Greenwich International Film Festival for a special screening of the film, Megan Leavey. The screening will be Sunday, June 4 at 7 p.m. at Bow Tie Cinemas Greenwich. Tickets can be purchased in advance at greenwichfilm.org
Megan Leavey is based on the true story of a Marine Corporal who is assigned to clean up the K9 unit after a disciplinary hearing. Leavey identifies with an aggressive dog, Rex, and is given the chance to train him.
Adopt-A-Dog’s mission is to save, socialize and secure loving homes for unwanted or abandoned dogs and cats. They go above and beyond to accommodate the needs of every animal entering our shelter. All donations go towards continuing to maintain a high quality of life for all the animals staying at Adopt-A-Dog.
