Temple Sholom was enjoying Purim in grand fashion on March 12, as children and adults dressed up in costume to celebration the annual holiday. Games, food, activities and fun were in order, as children had a chance to get their face painted, shoot some hoops, play minigolf and much more. Purim commemorates the Biblical tale of the salvation of the Jewish people from Haman, who was plotting a genocide during the ancient Persian empire.
