Friends of Greenwich Point Presents ‘Wildlife in Winter’

chinchilla

The Friends of Greenwich Point presents “Wildlife in Winter” Sunday, Jan. 29 from 1 to 3 p.m., at Innis Arden Cottage, Greenwich Point.

Join the Friends of Greenwich Point and the Stamford Museum & Nature Center as they explore the adaptations different types of animals (such as reptiles, birds, and mammals) have made to survive the winter freeze, and how some migrate to beat the cold. Meet a live chinchilla, turtle, owl and many other animals during this program.

There will be live-animal presentations at 1:30 and 2:30. All ages are welcome.
