The Fall Session of the Caregiver Circle series is offered to non-professional caregivers in the community. Upcoming sessions will be held on alternating Wednesdays from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at River House Adult Day Center, 125 River Road Ext. in Cos Cob. Lunch is provided and respite is offered with prior arrangements.
Upcoming Caregiver Circle topics include “Emotional Wellbeing for the Caregiver” with Roni Lang, LCSW, Center for Healthy Aging, Greenwich Hospital on Wednesday, Nov. 2 and “Keeping Your Cool” with MaryAnn Ciambrella, BSN, RN, Owner & Operator, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care LLC, Help at Home on Wednesday, Nov. 16.

Caregiver Circle was founded in 2009 by River House, the Commission on Aging, the Greenwich Chapter of the Red Cross, and the Junior League of Greenwich with the purpose of helping caregivers gain an understanding of the many issues related to caregiving.
