The Connecticut Business & Industry Association today endorsed Fred Camillo for the state House of Representatives, representing the 151st District.
“This upcoming legislative session will be one of the most critical we’ve faced as our economy continues to recover slowly, lagging behind the region and country,” said CBIA president and CEO Joe Brennan.
“We must elect candidates who understand the urgency facing our state, and will make the decisions necessary to grow the economy, create jobs, and help Connecticut reach its full potential.
“Because of that, we’re pleased to endorse Fred Camillo as he will continue to work on strengthening Connecticut’s economy.
“Fred has been a strong voice for small business and has worked tirelessly to improve economic opportunities for both the owners and the employees.
“We’re happy to endorse him for the 151st District and believe he will help make Connecticut a better place to do business.”
Camillo, who lives in Greenwich, is seeking re-election in the 151st District, which includes the town of the Greenwich.
