Sara Nicole Molony passed away on July 18 at her home in Pompano Beach, Fla., surrounded by her loving family, Michelle Burnham and their children Jeremy and Mia. She was 30 years old.

Sara was born July 14, 1986 in Greenwich, grew up in Cos Cob, and attended Greenwich schools. She loved football and had the honor of being one of the first girls to play for the Cos Cob Crushers.

She was an amazing self-taught musician, and loved to sing and play her guitar. An accomplished artist from a very young age, she had her artwork displayed at the Board of Ed in the third grade. She continued perfecting her art throughout the years. Most recently, she received her license and became a certified tattoo artist. She was employed with the Bruce Bart Tattoo Salon in Ft. Lauderdale, where she had many faithful followers.

A compassionate soul and a gift from God to all who knew her, she lit up the room with her unique personality and tenacious spirit; but most of all it was her smile and joy that everyone loved. She will be missed deeply by her family and her many friends.

Sara is survived by her loving partner, Michelle Burnham, and their children Jeremy and Mia; and her mom and stepdad, Heather and John Smeriglio; and her father Chuck Masi. She is also survived by her brothers Jacob, Jack and Jeffrey, and her sister, Janine; her grandparents Marlene Shreders, Ray and Carol Molony, and Tom and Marge Smeriglio. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.  Sara was predeceased by her grandpa Bob Shreders.

Sara’s family requests that any donations be made in her name to the missions program at Harvest Time Assembly of God Church, 1338 King Street, Greenwich, CT 06831.

A memorial service in her honor is scheduled to take place at Harvest Time Church, at the above address, on July 30 at 10 a.m.
