Riverside School announces the 33rd annual Riverside Run on Saturday, May 7. For more than thirty years, this commemorative community event has taken runners on a scenic three-mile course through beautiful Riverside.
In addition to the three-mile race, the Riverside Run will host a Kids Fun Run for children in Kindergarten through fifth grade. All children will receive ribbons and those who finish in the top places will take home a trophy.
New this year, timing mats will be at the start and finish line to ensure accurate timing. Additionally, jogging strollers are now welcome.
The race begins at 8:30 a.m. for the three-mile run and 9:30 a.m. for the Kids Fun Run. Online registration is now open. The registration fee is $20. Kids Fun Run fee is $10. Proceeds support Riverside School PTA’s Arts & Science programs.
