The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich’s Theatre Program announces its mainstage musical, The Wizard of Oz: Young Performers Edition, with performances on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30 at the club.

This is Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich’s seventh mainstage musical performed by its members. The theatre program at Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich is based upon the belief that access to the Arts is integral to the development of children. Participation in the Arts fosters team-building, good character development, leadership skills and creative expression. The theatre program serves between eighty to 150 Boys & Girls Club members each year and has served a total of nearly 1,750 BGCG members who have performed in front of over 3,250 community members.

The musical’s Director, Rocco Natale, Associate Producers Amanda Monick and Ronnie Staplefield join Jennifer Ambrogio Dunn, associate choreographer, Jack Kriskey, foreman, Pat Pizzo and Maria Colonnato, set designers and BGCG parents to put on the most entertaining play in Greenwich.

Performance dates are April 29 at 7:30 p.m. and April 30, at 5 and 7:30 p.m. Both shows have limited seats still available. To purchase tickets and for more information about BGCG’s theatre program, please visit bgcg.org/thewizardofoz or call the club at 203-869-3224.
