Catherine Quoma is the ‘oldest server’ of Connecticut and works for the Greenwich Country Club. She was born March 3, 1926.
Catherine’s husband died in 1980, when she started looking for new work opportunities. She found work at Fordham University in their cafeteria and learned about hospitality. In 1981 Catherine started working for the
Greenwich Country Club in the club’s Grill Rooms and also for weekend parties.
On March 19, a celebration for Catherine’s 90th birthday took place at the club, her home away from home for so many years.
