Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation Holds Patient Education Forum

Learn about the latest advances in IBD treatment and enjoy a morning filled with information that will cover a wide and interesting array of topics including the safety of biologics, the latest updates in the treatment and management of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis and pediatric IBD. Featuring Dr. Neal Schamberg from the Center for Gastrointestinal Medicine of Fairfield and Westchester as the keynote speaker.

The program takes place Saturday, April 16 from 8 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at Greenwich Hospital Noble Conference Room, 5 Perryridge Road.
