Mark your calendars: the highly anticipated annual “Spring Fling: In the Spirit of the Olympics” gala to benefit Kids in Crisis will take place Friday, April 1 at the Greenwich Country Club, located at 19 Doubling Road. Nancy Armstrong, Gretchen Fedeli, Jami Sherwood and Angela Swift serve as co-chairs for this year’s Olympics-themed event, which will raise critically-needed funds for the shelter, counseling services and community based programs provided by Cos Cob-based Kids in Crisis.
A casually elegant evening awaits guests, featuring live music and a DJ, food, and a silent auction and live auction. Live auction items include tickets to the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, a night on the famous Ticonderoga yacht, and an internship at AOL. Festivities are set to begin at 6:30 p.m.
