The Greenwich Fire Department reports there is a water main break outside of Harvest Wine Bar and Restaurant. Traffic has been merged into one lane in the area of 372 Greenwich Avenue. The Greenwich Dispatch tweeted that icy conditions are also possible, so use caution.
