Greenwich Hospital will hold a free weight-loss surgery informational session on Monday, Jan. 25 at 4:45 p.m., in the Cos Cob Conference Room, 5 Perryridge Road.
If you’re 60 pounds or more overweight and concerned about developing obesity-related conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and gastric reflux, you may be a candidate for weight-loss surgery.
In this free educational seminar, bariatric surgeons will discuss the criteria needed to qualify for surgery, the pros and cons of each procedure, the long-term health benefits and the post-operative counseling and support available from the Greenwich Hospital bariatric team.
