The winter sports season is underway in Greenwich, as Greenwich High, Brunswick, Greenwich Academy and Sacred Heart battle some of the best competition around.
Here is a list of varsity events going on for Friday. As always, check with your athletic department for any changes to dates and times (home games are in bold):

Boys Basketball: vs. Ridgefield High School, 7 p.m.
Girls Basketball: at Ridgefield High School, 7 p.m.
Boys Swimming and Diving: at Staples High School, 4 p.m.
Boys and Girls Indoor Track: vs. Yale Indoor Classic (at Yale’s Coxe Cage), 1 p.m.
Girls Ice Hockey: at Darien High School, 8:30 p.m.
GREENWICH ACADEMY
Basketball: vs. Cheshire Academy, 5 p.m.
Ice Hockey: at Canterbury School, 4:30 p.m.
BRUNSWICK SCHOOL
