

The Greenwich High School girls basketball team started off slow, but made a statement in the second half, upending Darien High School 63-50 last night.
Leading the way was Caroline Beneville, who finished with a game-high 26 points. She connected on five three-pointers and had 15 of her 26 points in the fourth quarter. Abbie Wolf paced Big Red on the boards, grabbing 16 rebounds and adding 11 points. Not to be outdone was Kim Kockenmeister, who added 11 rebounds and six points.
Amily Anderson grabbed nine points, while teammate Shaye Galletta took home five points.
