Gift-of-Giving-FIStudents at The Stanwich School are hoping their efforts make the holiday season a little brighter for other local children. Students in grades Pre-K through sixth collected toys for Kids Helping Kids, a non-profit organization.

Kids Helping Kids partnered with the Boys and Girls Club of Stamford to provide a space to have the “Gift of Giving,” where over 600 underserved children shopped for people in their family on Dec. 12. At the event, children were given tickets to get gifts for their loved ones. They chose between thousands of items and then brought them to the wrapping department. While they waited, they danced to music provided by a DJ, took pictures with Santa, decorated cookies and more.
