The Greenwich Symphony Orchestra is now accepting applications from high school senior gifted instrumental music students in Fairfield County for its 55th Annual Music Award. A single prize of $1,000, or split prizes, will be awarded.
The winner of the prestigious award will be honored on stage at the Orchestra’s final concert of the 2015-2016 season, Sunday, April 17, 2016, in the Greenwich High School Performing Arts Center.
Applicants must send a completed application form, postmarked no later than February 15, to Award Chairman, Greenwich Symphony Orchestra, P.O. Box 35, Greenwich, CT 06836. Qualified applicants will be notified before February 20 and will be invited to compete in auditions held in Greenwich in March.
