About 10 years ago, Omar Roth was driving through Byram.
“Quite frankly I didn’t even know about this side of Greenwich. We happened to be driving by and fell in love with the building,” said Roth.
That building located on the corner of Mill and Henry Streets is now Salon O.
“It’s sophisticated, friendly, and the energy is amazing,” said Roth.
Roth and co-ower Rocco Palermiti are now celebrating a decade in Byram.
“We have a ton of clients that live in Central Greenwich and that say they would rather come here,” said Palermiti.
“It’s more like being downtown on 14th Street, rather than being on Fifth Avenue,” said Roth.
The owners say customers frequent this salon for services like haircuts, blow-dries, manicures, and tanning, and it all make for great memories.
“Walking in here int he middle of a Saturday and seeing every sink full of clients getting their hair washed, that was a special day,” said Palermiti.
