
The Commission on Aging, Greenwich Library, At Home in Greenwich and Compass Care, LLC, have joined forces to cosponsor a Distinguished Speaker Series on Successful Healthy Aging & Caregiving.
The first talk, “What Your Doctor Won’t Tell You About Getting Older,” will be held on Thursday, Oct. 8 at 7 p.m., at Greenwich Library presented by Dr. Mark S. Lachs.
Dr. Lachs is Director of Weill Cornell’s Center for Aging Research and Irene F. and I. Roy Psaty Distinguished Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He has pioneered and authored a multitude of research studies and published extensively in the field of aging. He is the author of the bestselling book on aging, What Your Doctor Won’t Tell You About Getting Older.
