
A retrospective of oil paintings by Greenwich artist Annette Voreyer will be exhibited by the Greenwich Art Society, 299 Greenwich Avenue. An opening reception is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3. The show will continue through Oct. 24.
Annette was raised in Cooperstown, N.Y., attended Syracuse University and lived for many years in France, Tokyo and Hong Kong. She has studied with several prominent artists including Jesus Emmanuel Villarreal and Christopher Gallego. Annette holds memberships in the Portrait Society of America and the Art Students League of New York, among others. In addition, Annette has won numerous awards, most recently Best in Show – Paint/Acrylic at the 2015 Greenwich Art Society Annual Exhibition at the Flinn Gallery. Annette has resided in Greenwich since 2002 with her husband and two sons.
