Family Centers’ Early Care and Education (ECE) and Head Start programs kicked off the 2015-2016 school year last week by welcoming almost 200 children back to its preschool sites in Greenwich.

While there were a few teary eyes (from kids and parents alike), most of the students were excited to play, learn and meet new friends.

Family Centers is still accepting applications for children between the ages of three and five years old for enrollment in its Arch Street Preschool and Gateway Preschools.

Family Centers’ Early Care and Education program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), which is largely considered the gold standard for preschool programs.  Family Centers provides preschool services that are developmentally and socially rich for children between the ages of six weeks and five years.
