Connie Fassuliotis, of Old Greenwich, introduced her Sweet Basil food line on the national stage at the Javits Center Fancy Food Show.
Out of 2,500 brands on display, Sweet Basil was included in USA Today’s list of top ethnic gourmet products showcased at the event. Sweet Basil is available in local markets in Vermont, Mass. and New Hampshire frozen food markets offering Greek inspired meals and healthier eating.
“Sweet Basil offers consumers an ethnic, high quality gourmet style alternative. The dishes are full of the vegetables and herbs found in the classic Mediterranean diet,” says Fassuliotis.
With the positive response and recognition received at the Food Show, Sweet Basil is positioning itself for the national marketplace.
