On May 20, the Temple Sholom Teen Choir of Greenwich performed the national anthem at Citifield before the New York Mets played the St. Louis Cardinals. The choir, called Sasson, is an elite singing group made up of local teens ages 12-17.

Led by cantor Asa Fradkin, the group performed before a stadium that included nearly 150 of their friends and relatives.

Sasson performs at holidays, festivals and other special events throughout the year. They were recently selected to sing the Jewish National Anthem, Hatikva, at the start of the Israel Parade in New York City.
