The Greenwich International Film Festival red carpet was rolled out for the
opening night screening of “All Things Must Pass: The Rise and Fall of Tower
Records” directed by Colin Hanks.

“It’s an honor and a privilege. I’m very excited the festival is here. I think
they put together an interesting lineup and the fact that somehow my film was
able to be included is a great honor,” said Hanks.

“It’s amazing to finally say that opening night is here. we are so excited,” said
founder Wendy Stapleton Reyes.

“I think it’s really good for the community. It’s a neighborhood that’s so close
to New York City, so it gets a lot of the same arts community,” said Master of
Ceremonies Jenna Bush Hager.

The film festival goes through Sunday June 7 with many screenings, events, and panels,
and organizers say it benefits UNICEF.
