BCA’s 5K Run/Walk for Hope set for May 5

Breast Cancer Alliance (BCA) will hold its annual 5K Run/Walk for Hope on Sunday, May 5. This year, Clea Shearer, breast cancer survivor, and Joanna Teplin, founders of The Home Edit, will join in to kick off the race. Shearer will serve as Grand Marshal.

The 5k Run/Walk for Hope will include official race timing for the runners, music, face painting and complimentary breakfast courtesy of Z Hospitality Group. The race starts at Richards, 359 Greenwich Avenue. The schedule is as follows:

8:15am – Check-in, walk-in registration + complimentary breakfast + Face painting
9:00am – Welcome with Clea Shearer
9:10am – Race Begins
9:20am – Walkers Start
9:45am – Prizes

The fees are: $50 per adult, $25 per student, and free for children under 7.
