Obituary: Michael Pannone

Michael Anthony Pannone, 72, of Cos Cob, died Monday Oct. 15, 2018. On March 1, 1946 Michael was born and raised in Greenwich. He attended Greenwich Public Schools and graduated from Greenwich High Class of 1964 and went on to attend and graduate from the University of Bridgeport. He then had a successful career as a Financial Analyst, while working part time jobs as a cartoonist, magician, entertainer and teacher. Michael had a love for life and enjoyed working with and teaching children with a passion. He was a parishioner of St. Catherine’s Church in Riverside.

He is survived by a brother, Anthony (Tony) Pannone of Stamford. He now returns to be with the Lord and to join his beloved mother, Helen. Free of his pain and suffering, where he once again will do his magic tricks and draw his cartoons to his heart’s content. So long, Mick.

As per Michael’s wishes a private graveside service was held at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
