Join Audubon naturalist Ryan MacLean for a half-hour virtual summer hike through different areas of the 285-acre Greenwich Audubon Center sanctuary! In the summer months our meadows, orchard, pond, and woods are alive with insects such as butterflies and dragonflies, amphibians such as frogs and turtles, and many nesting birds. We hope to share some of the sights and sounds of the flora and fauna of our center with you! read more...

VIRTUAL – Become a Homemade Mac & Cheese Master (Grades 6-12)

Join Katie, Registered Dietitian from Food Explorers to make cheesy and delicious Mac & Cheese Cups! You learn how to make your own cheese sauce from scratch, and create this tasty treat in a muffin tin. You’ll need the following ingredients: elbow pasta (or other small pasta), 3 TBSP butter, onion, garlic, AP flour, cheddar cheese plus optional breadcrumbs and parmesan. A worksheet will be sent to you before class begins.

Free Online Course for Parents of Children with Mental Health Challenges
