Join us for a Virtual Discussion on the Power and Importance of the Women’s Vote Historically and Today. Greenwich Library, the LWV Greenwich, and WNYC invite you to join us for a timely virtual discussion about the impact of the women’s vote on the 2020 Presidential election.
The four impressive panelists leading the discussion are:

Will 2020 be the “Year of the Woman Voter”?
With voter turnout for women higher than men in every US Presidential election since 1984, we will discuss how women have affected political decision-making over time and how their participation this year could influence the outcome of the 2020 race.
We will explore the challenges that remain for some women to engage fully in our democracy, and how we can better deliver on the promise of the 19th Amendment a century after its adoption.
Taking place just three weeks before the election, participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the voting process in Connecticut.
