Neighbor to Neighbor’s Luncheon Tickets Go on Sale March 2

Melissa Ben-Ishay,
founder of Baked by Melissa, the New York City-based brand famous for its signature bite-size cupcakes, will be the keynote speaker at Neighbor to Neighbor’s spring luncheon on April 19, at Burning Tree Country Club. Passionate about baking since childhood and with the idea that people should be able to taste more flavors without a post-dessert guilt trip, Ben-Ishay launched Baked by Melissa in 2008 after being fired from her job in advertising. Today, the company operates 14 stores and ships nationwide. Ben-Ishay currently serves as the company’s President and Chief Product Officer. CCI Holds Spring Luncheon Benefit

Community Centers, Inc. of Greenwich (CCI) held its 6th Annual Spring Luncheon on April 6, at the Belle Haven Club with special guest Event Planner, David Monn. The event featured a slideshow presentation by Monn, which demonstrated his broad range of artistry, from intimate private parties to noteworthy events. Funds from the event will benefit programs at CCI, which serve more than 1,100 Greenwich residents including at-risk youth, families, senior citizens, and individuals with special needs. CCI offers Educational Programs, Summer Education and Recreation Programs for Children and Families, Senior Programs, Counseling and Therapy, Special Needs Adult and Youth Groups. read more...
